I used textile paint, a sponge and an awesome stencil from stencil1.com to customize the cover of my moleskine. Follow the directions on the textile paint for fixing the paint to the cover.
Update: Don’t use fabric paint. Use acrylic paint with a sealer. FAIL.
This sums up my todo lists. That’s why I’ve given up on them.
